By purchasing any Veloxis product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them
carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not complete
the purchase.
SECTION 3.1
Agreement & Acceptance
1. Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer', 'you')
and Veloxis ('Veloxis', 'we', 'us') governing your purchase and use of our digital products. By completing a
purchase on veloxis.com or any authorised platform (including Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy), you confirm that
you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Veloxis products. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally
capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have
authority to bind that business to these Terms.
SECTION 3.2
Products & Delivery
3. Digital Product Nature
All Veloxis products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access
to download your purchased PDF files immediately. Delivery is via email link or direct download page. It is your
responsibility to ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase.
4. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our products are accurate, complete, and up to date. However, AI tools and
platforms referenced within our products change frequently. Veloxis does not warrant that every prompt or
workflow will produce identical results across all AI platforms or model versions. Results will vary based on the
AI tool used, your inputs, and your specific business context.

SECTION 3.3
License & Permitted Use
5. Personal Use License (Starter & Full System)
Upon purchase of the Starter ($47) or Full System ($197) tier, Veloxis grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, personal use license to use the purchased product for your own coaching business only. You
may not share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the product or its contents to any third party.
6. Team License (Agency Tier)
Upon purchase of the Agency ($397) tier, Veloxis grants you a non-exclusive license for use by up to five (5)
named individuals within your organisation. This license includes white-label rights as described in Clause 7
below.
7. White-Label Rights (Agency Tier Only)
• Agency tier customers may rebrand the product with their own brand name and logo.
• You may sell or distribute the rebranded product to third parties.
• You may not represent the product as your own original creation if directly reproducing Veloxis content.
• You may not sub-license white-label rights to other parties (i.e. you cannot sell someone else the right to
resell).
• Veloxis retains all underlying intellectual property rights in the original content.
8. Prohibited Uses
• Sharing, uploading, or distributing purchased files on file-sharing platforms or marketplaces.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or gifting purchased products without the appropriate license tier.
• Using the product content to train AI models or create competing AI training datasets.
• Removing or altering any copyright notices, brand marks, or attributions within the product.
• Using the product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresenting Veloxis products or making false claims about results to potential buyers.
SECTION 3.4
Intellectual Property
9. Ownership
All content within Veloxis products — including but not limited to workflows, prompt templates, written copy,
design, structure, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Veloxis and is protected by copyright law.
No ownership rights are transferred upon purchase. Your purchase grants you a license to use the content as
specified in your tier — nothing more.

Veloxis actively monitors for unauthorised distribution of its products. Any infringement of our intellectual
property rights may result in immediate license termination, legal action, and claims for damages. We take
copyright protection seriously.
SECTION 3.5
Disclaimer of Warranties
11. No Guarantees of Results
Veloxis products provide tools, templates, and systems. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes,
business results, or income levels from using our products. Results depend on how you apply the system, your
existing business, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any income figures mentioned
in our marketing materials are illustrative examples, not guarantees.
12. As-Is Provision
Veloxis products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited
to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the
products will meet your specific requirements or that AI tools referenced will remain available or unchanged.
SECTION 3.6
Limitation of Liability
13. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veloxis's total liability to you for any claims arising from
your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the
claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but
not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
SECTION 3.7
Affiliate Programme
14. Affiliate Terms
Veloxis operates an affiliate programme whereby approved affiliates earn commission on referred sales.
Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Veloxis products. Commission rates and
payment terms are set out in the separate Affiliate Agreement provided upon approval. Veloxis reserves the
right to terminate affiliate relationships for breach of these Terms.

Modifications & Termination

15. Changes to Terms
Veloxis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email
to active customers. Continued use of purchased products after notification of changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. License Termination
Your license to use Veloxis products terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms. Upon
termination, you must cease all use of the purchased product and delete all copies in your possession.
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
SECTION 3.9
Governing Law & Disputes
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. For EU and UK
customers, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable national law are not affected. Any disputes
arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails,
disputes may be referred to appropriate legal proceedings.
