of every workflow, prompt, and system inside our products. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you — no lengthy process, no bad feelings.

1. Our Guarantee
Veloxis provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products sold through our platform. This means
you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
• Your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
• You have attempted to use at least one workflow or prompt from the product.
• You contact us at support@veloxis.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
• You have not violated our Terms and Conditions.
• This is your first refund request for this product.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@veloxis.com with the subject line 'Refund Request — [Your Order Number]'.
Include your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and a brief explanation of why the
product did not meet your expectations. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial
institution. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Veloxis is not responsible for
delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

Non-Refundable Situations
5. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Issued
• More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• The product has been shared, distributed, or resold to third parties (violation of license terms).
• The refund request is made after the product content has been extracted and used to build competing
products.
• You purchased the Agency/White-Label tier and have already used the white-label rights commercially.
• You have previously received a refund for any Veloxis product.
• The request does not include sufficient information to identify the purchase.

Digital Product Notice
6. Nature of Digital Products
All Veloxis products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to downloadable PDF
files. Because digital products cannot be 'returned' in the traditional sense, our refund policy is based on
satisfaction rather than product return. You agree that by downloading the product, you acknowledge receipt of
the digital goods. This does not affect your right to a refund within the 30-day guarantee period.
